Building the Mindset, Skills, and Ethics of Coaching

This course introduces the foundational concepts, skills, and ethical standards of effective coaching.

Participants build self-awareness, cultivate trust and psychological safety, strengthen listening and questioning skills, and learn simple frameworks for effective coaching conversations.
